It combines a stainless steel handle with an interchangeable aluminium croustade mold for controlled one-shell-at-a-time frying.<\/p>\n<p>The standard mold measures approximately 4 cm across the top, 2.8 cm across the bottom and 5 cm high. Because the mold is interchangeable, the same handle can be used with other compatible Nordic Chefs croustade and specialty heads.<\/p>\n<h2>New Style vs Standard Single Croustade Iron<\/h2>\n<p>This page is specifically for the <strong>New Style single-handle version<\/strong>.
