Our Blossom silicone mold is inspired by the iconic Saint-Honoré shape, reimagined with a soft, floral twist. Its clean, elegant design brings a professional finish to any dessert.
The mold is designed and produced in Denmark using 100% food-grade silicone—and was developed in collaboration with Elisabeth Madsen, who won gold at Bocuse d’Or 2023 as commis alongside head chef Brian Mark Hansen.
Each order includes one mold, safe for use from -50°C to +250°C—ideal for both ovens and freezers.
