Vol. 2 six-piece Rosette Iron & Bunuelo Mold Set with Etoile, Hexagon, Infinity, Snowflake, Flower and Cone aluminium molds for alternate fried-shell shapes.
En 6-Piece Rosette Iron & Bunuelo Mold Set Vol. 2 is an alternate six-shape set built around more geometric and decorative molds than the original 6-piece version.
The interchangeable aluminium molds are used with the compatible Nordic Chefs iron handle selected on the product page. This Vol. 2 set is intended for chefs who already understand the rosette/buñuelo-style frying method but want a different group of shapes from the standard six-piece set.
For the original shape selection, compare the Juego de 6 Piezas de Hierro Rosetón y Molde Bunuelo. To understand how rosette, buñuelo, croustade and pie tee terminology overlaps, read our guía de comparación del chef.
