Used with the Nordic Chefs modular croustade system, the aluminium mold is heated in oil, dipped into croustade batter and fried to create a thin, crisp shell ready for filling and serving.

How to Use

Heat the mold in hot oil before dipping it into croustade batter. Avoid covering the upper edge with batter. Return the mold to the oil, fry until the shell sets, release it carefully and continue frying until crisp and golden.
