Nordic Chef’s Santoku knife has been developed to release vegetables such as cucumber and tomato more easily.
There are air holes pressed on the side which will minimize the vegetables getting stuck on to the steel.
It is therefore obvious to make use of almost every time you cook.

  • This Santoku is made of German 1.4116 stainless steel with an ebony wood handle.
  • The stainless steel is treated with a high temperatur heat treatment that makes the steel very durable & easy to maintain the sharpness.
