Monaka Tartelette Set

The Monaka hell mold consists of a 5-in-1 design allowing you to produce multiple monaka shells at once with consistent shape and clean release. The shells can be used for sweet or savory fillings, modern tartelettes, plated desserts or creative canapé service. The set includes: • 1 silicone mold with 5 cavities • 5 mid pieces for shaping the shells • 1 cutter for creating clean and precise edges The design allows the shells to be filled easily while maintaining a thin and crispy texture. The molds are suitable for both professional kitchens and creative pastry work. Our silicone molds are produced in Denmark and can withstand temperatures from -40°C up to 250°C+.
