The stainless steel double handle is paired with two interchangeable aluminium molds, combining faster production with the same modular system used across the Nordic Chefs range. It is designed for kitchens that need more output than a Single Iron while still working in smaller batches than a FiveMount system.

The Double Iron is designed for kitchens that want to produce two croustade shells per cycle while keeping the flexibility of interchangeable molds. It sits between the Hierro Croustade simple and the Hierro Croustade FiveMount, making it a practical option when one-at-a-time production is too slow but a five-head setup is more than your service requires.
