The Build Your Own – Croustade Set is the flexible configurator for the Nordic Chefs modular iron system. Start with a compatible iron handle and one interchangeable mold, then add additional handle or mold components if your kitchen needs a broader setup.

Build the System Around Your Menu

The configurator lets you choose from compatible Single, New Style, Double and Straight handle options together with interchangeable croustade and rosette-style molds. This makes it the best option when a fixed pre-built combination does not match the shapes you actually use.
