Build Your Own – FiveMount Set

The Build Your Own – FiveMount Set lets a professional kitchen configure a five-mold frying system around the shell shapes it actually uses. Choose the FiveMount, select a compatible handle and then choose five molds for the final setup. The FiveMount is designed for batch production: five matching molds are mounted on one system so the chef can form five shells in the same frying cycle. The handle and mount are stainless steel, while compatible croustade and rosette-style molds are aluminium.
