FiveMount Small Rosette Iron

The Nordic Chefs FiveMount Small Rosette Iron is built for professional kitchens that need to produce five consistent mini rosette or buñuelo-style shells in a single frying cycle. The setup combines five Small Rosette aluminium molds with the FiveMount and a stainless steel handle, giving pastry and restaurant teams a faster workflow without changing the basic rosette-iron technique.

This FiveMount rosette cookie iron produces five small shells per frying cycle. It is designed for chefs preparing crisp rosette cookies, buñuelos and filled bite-size shells consistently during mise en place or service.

Each Small Rosette mold is approximately 5.1 cm wide and 1.1 cm high, making the finished shells well suited to one-bite snacks, petit fours and small plated components. The FiveMount system is interchangeable, so the same mount can be configured with other compatible Nordic Chefs molds when the menu changes.
