Our Lobster Tail tartelette, lets you create one single Lobster tail at a time. Its design makes this mold versatile for making both a tartelette as a seafood snack or as a dessert mold. The product contains 3 things for optimal use. Lobster mold, Lobster presse and a Lobster cutter. Our molds are designed and produced in Denmark and made from 100% food-grade silicone in our signature dark forest green, reflecting the Nordic landscape. These durable silicone molds for baking can withstand temperatures ranging from -50°C to +250°C, ideal for use in any freezer or oven.
