Our Monaka tartelette set is developed in collaboration with Michelin chef Edward Lee from restaurant Udtryk in Copenhagen. He opened his doors may of 2025 and received his first ever michelin star after 41 days of having been open.

This mold consist of 5 in one and is inspired by the Japanese crisp sweets made from mochi (crispy rice). The design is made so you are able to fill them up, and use them for making mochi’s or you can use them as a tartelette as Edward has done.

The mold comes with 5 mid pieces for making the tartelette and one cutter for a nice edge.

The silicone molds are made in Denmark and can withstand between -40 to 250+ degrees.
