Nordic Halo – Jordnær Edition Mold | 10-Pack

The Nordic Halo – Jordnær Edition 10-Pack is the multi-piece version of the silicone ring mold developed with Chef Eric Vildgaard and Restaurant Jordnær. It is intended for professional kitchens that need several identical molds available during prep rather than working one portion at a time.

The mold creates a clean ring-shaped component with an integrated platform for a quenelle or other plated element. It can be used for mousse, purée, gel and other preparations suited to silicone molding.
