Politik for beskyttelse af personlige oplysninger

How we use your information

We use personal information to process and ship orders, send order updates, answer support questions, handle returns or complaints, prevent fraud, comply with accounting and tax rules, improve our webshop and measure marketing performance.

If you sign up for marketing or follow a specific campaign, we may use your contact details and consent status to send relevant updates. You can opt out of marketing at any time.

Payments, shipping and service providers

We share only the information needed with trusted service providers who help us operate the webshop. This may include payment providers, shipping companies, accounting systems, email platforms, analytics tools, advertising platforms and fraud prevention services.

These providers may only use the information for the purpose of delivering their service to Nordic Chefs, unless they have their own legal obligation to process the data.

Dine rettigheder

Depending on applicable law, you may ask for access to your personal data, correction of incorrect data, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability or objection to certain processing. You may also withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

You can contact us at info@nordic-chefs.com. You also have the right to complain to the relevant data protection authority if you believe your data has not been handled correctly.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information. No online service is completely risk free, but we work to keep customer data protected and limit access to people and systems that need it.
