How two friends turned a shared love for Nordic fine dining into a professional kitchen tools company.
How It Started
Nordic Chefs saw the light of day in 2017 as a shared dream between two friends who wanted to experience the Nordic restaurants a bit closer. We made an Instagram page and caught the attention of over 200 million views in the first years by sharing Nordic fine dining.
From Content to Craft
As our community grew, so did our ambition. We progressed from online content to creating professional tools for chefs. Our signature product, the improved croustade iron, is a reflection of our mission — it’s lighter, enhances usability, and doesn’t sacrifice quality.
Our Mission Today
Over the years, we have focused exclusively on developing products that meet professional kitchens’ high standards, so that every product we supply assists chefs in presenting their food in the best possible way. We now supply restaurants worldwide and get to work with some of the world’s best chefs on special projects — like our silicone molds, which we manufacture in Denmark.
