Build Your Own – FiveMount Set

The FiveMount was born out of a simple frustration in professional kitchens: shaping dozens of identical mini bunuelos, tart shells, or canapé bases one at a time is slow, and doing it by hand rarely gives you the same result twice. We wanted a tool that lets a chef produce five perfectly uniform bites in a single dip, without losing the handcrafted quality of doing it by hand.

That’s the idea behind the Build Your Own – FiveMount Set: a modular frying iron system you configure yourself. Start with the FiveMount head, choose the iron handle that fits your grip and your stove, then pick the five molds that match what you’re plating that day – from classic bunuelos to mini tart shells and canapé cups.

Every part is machined from high-quality stainless steel, so the set holds its shape through years of daily service, cleans up in seconds, and stays light enough to use through a busy service. It’s built for professional kitchens, but just as at home on a home cook’s stove for entertaining.

Because the system is modular, it grows with you. The same Iron and FiveMount head also work with our other mold shapes, including Croustade, Small Flat Top, and Small Oval Croustade – so you can expand your set later without buying a whole new tool.
