The High Precision Offset Chef’s Tweezers are designed for plating work where extra reach and visibility make a difference. The offset profile keeps the hand farther away from the plate while the fine tip gives precise control over herbs, microgreens, flowers and other small finishing elements.

This makes the offset shape useful for deeper plates, tall garnishes and layered presentations where a straight tweezer can place the chef’s hand directly above the food. The product is available in 14 cm and 20 cm sizes and with or without teeth.
