Plain Disk Mold

Our plain disk mold is designed for chefs who find traditional disk molds too large for their needs—this one is different. With a precise size of 80 mm in diameter and 15 mm in height, it’s the perfect choice for creating elegant, perfectly portioned desserts every time. Designed and produced in Denmark, made from 100% food-graded silicone. Each order includes 1 silicone mold containing 3 plain disk molds, capable of withstanding temperatures from -50C to +250C.
