The Ultimate Cutter Set combines the complete Nordic Chefs ring-cutter range in one professional package. It is designed for kitchens that need both small and large ring sizes together with press tools for clean portioning, shaping and release.

The stainless steel rings cover a broad range of diameters for tartare, caviar, desserts, layered preparations and other controlled plating work. The Cutter Press Kit adds matching presses for preparations that need to be compressed or released with a flat, even surface.

This is the complete range bundle. If you only need standard whole-centimetre sizes, choose the Essential Cutter Kit. If you already own it and need intermediate or larger diameters, the Small and Large add-on kits extend the available size range.
