Ring Croustade Mold

The Ring Croustade Mold is an interchangeable aluminium mold head for frying crisp, ring-shaped buñuelos and croustades. Its approximately 6.5 cm outside diameter creates a defined shape for savoury or sweet service.

Use it with a compatible Nordic Chefs handle; the handle is sold separately. The mold head can be changed for another shape within the compatible iron system.
