Single Iron

The Single Iron collection groups Nordic Chefs one-position croustade and rosette setups together with compatible molds and handles. A Single Iron is designed for one shell at a time and gives the chef direct control over dipping, frying and release.
For a complete cup-style setup, choose the Croustade Iron – Single Iron. For a complete rosette setup, compare the Rosette Iron – Single Handle. If you already have a compatible handle, individual molds can be purchased separately.
