Beignet Iron

The Nordic Chefs Beignet Iron Set includes both the beignet iron head and a handle, making it a complete and ready-to-use tool for beignet preparations. Made from stainless steel, the beignet iron is designed for use in hot oil and allows you to create light, crisp beignet shells with a consistent shape and structure. The design makes it possible to fill the beignets either before frying or after, depending on the preparation and application. The set is available with a handle in black, green or stainless steel, allowing you to choose the finish that best suits your kitchen and workflow. The handle provides stability and control during use and is compatible with the Nordic Chefs iron system, making it easy to change between different iron heads when needed. A functional and durable tool developed for professional kitchens, yet equally suitable for ambitious home cooks. For exact measurements, see our Beignet Soufflé recipe.
