The Curvey Handle Quenelle Spoon Kit includes two stainless steel spoons designed for shaping quenelles and rocher-style scoops with consistent control during plating.

The set combines two sizes:

• Curvey Quenelle Spoon – 20 cm, Jet Black
• Curvey Quenelle Spoon – 14 cm, Jet Black

The curved handle gives the chef a comfortable working angle while the spoon shape is intended for smooth, repeatable scoops of ice cream, mousse, creams and other soft plated components.
