Scallop Tartelette Mold

The Scallop Tartelette Mold creates five shell-shaped tartelettes in one batch. Inspired by the geometry of a scallop shell, it is designed for chefs creating seafood canapés, savoury snacks, plated desserts and fine dining amuse-bouches.

The set includes a matching cutter for accurate dough sizing. The food-grade silicone mold is suitable for hot and cold applications and is designed and produced in Denmark for repeatable shaping and clean release.
