Rosette Iron Mold

The Nordic Chefs Rosette Iron Mold is the interchangeable aluminium head for making thin, crisp rosettes and iron-formed buñuelo-style shells. It fits compatible Nordic Chefs Single and Double handles, allowing chefs who already own a handle to add the classic rosette shape without buying another complete iron. The mold is sold separately from the handle.

Because the head is interchangeable, the same compatible handle can be used with other Nordic Chefs croustade, rosette and specialty shell molds as the menu changes.

Please note: This product includes only the mold. Handles must be purchased separately.
