Choose the Mold by Shell Shape
Use the Pie Tee / Croustade Mold for a deep cup-style shell designed to hold a filling. Choose the Rosette Iron Mold for a patterned rosette or buñuelo-style shell. Other compatible shapes include Flat Top, Ring, Oval, Oyster, Hexagon, Flower and additional specialty molds.
If you do not already have a compatible handle, start with a complete Single Croustade Iron, Double Croustade Iron or a FiveMount Croustade Iron.
