Cutter Press Kit (8pc)

The Nordic Chefs Cutter Press Kit is an eight-size plating ring and press system for chefs who need controlled portions and repeatable presentation. Each stainless steel ring has a matching press, allowing ingredients such as tartare, caviar, desserts and layered components to be shaped and compressed directly in the ring.

The ring sizes run from 1 cm to 4.5 cm and are designed without a visible weld on the cutting edge for a clean circular cut. The set is suited to mise en place and service where the same portion and geometry must be repeated across multiple plates.

Adjustable Precision Rings for Perfect Uniformity:
This set includes five versatile ring sizes (1 cm, 1.5 cm, 2 cm, 2.5 cm, 3 cm, 3.5 cm, 4 cm, and 4.5 cm), all 6.5 cm tall. It includes also a press for each ring, making it possible to com(press) your food in the shape of the ring. This can be used for desserts, delicate caviar servings or for a tartar.

Safe to use in temperatures up to 180°C, making these rings suitable for a wide range of culinary techniques, including hot food preparations and complex plating designs.

These products are handmade, so slight wire marks may appear on the tops of the rings due to the wires used in the coloring process.
