Choose the Mold by Shell Shape
Use the Pie Tee / Croustade-form for a deep cup-style shell designed to hold a filling. Choose the Rosett krustadjärn for a patterned rosette or buñuelo-style shell. Other compatible shapes include Flat Top, Ring, Oval, Oyster, Hexagon, Flower and additional specialty molds.
If you do not already have a compatible handle, start with a complete Enkel Croustade Järn, Dubbel krustång or a FiveMount Croustade Järn.
