Croustade & Bunuelos Molds

Croustade & Bunuelo Molds are the interchangeable aluminium heads used with the Nordic Chefs Single, Double and compatible FiveMount systems. This category is for individual mold shapes rather than complete iron sets.
Choose the Mold by Shell Shape
Use the Pie Tee / Croustade Mold for a deep cup-style shell designed to hold a filling. Choose the Rosette Iron Mold for a patterned rosette or buñuelo-style shell. Other compatible shapes include Flat Top, Ring, Oval, Oyster, Hexagon, Flower and additional specialty molds.
If you do not already have a compatible handle, start with a complete Single Croustade Iron, Double Croustade Iron or a FiveMount Croustade Iron.
