Designed and produced in Denmark from 100% food-grade silicone, the Blossom Mold was developed in collaboration with Elisabeth Madsen, Bocuse d’Or 2023 Gold Medal-winning commis alongside Brian Mark Hansen.

Suitable for ovens, blast freezers and professional pastry production from -50°C to +250°C.

The Blossom Silicone Mold is a modern interpretation of the iconic Saint-Honoré shape, designed for pastry chefs, restaurants and fine dining kitchens seeking elegant dessert presentations. Its floral geometry creates a distinctive plated dessert with exceptional visual impact while remaining versatile enough for mousses, crémeux, frozen desserts, semifreddo, ice cream, parfaits and modern pastry applications. Developed in collaboration with Elisabeth Madsen, Gold Medal-winning commis at Bocuse d’Or 2023, the mold combines professional functionality with a refined aesthetic inspired by contemporary restaurant desserts.
